We recently stayed at a fantastic hotel for a family trip to Tokyo Disneyland, and our three-night experience was amazing. The spacious rooms offered stunning views and were immaculate, which was a big plus for us. The free shuttle service to Disneyland made it super convenient for our daily excursions. The staff, though their English was limited, went out of their way to be helpful. Nearby convenience stores and a supermarket allowed us to stock up on snacks, and the on-site Italian restaurant was a pleasant surprise.
I couldn't recommend more this hotel.

I had a great city break staying here! The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the subway and very close to Disneyland, making it perfect for families. The room size was excellent, with enough space for my group and a nice view of the bay. Plus, having a Family Mart on-site was a lifesaver for quick snacks.
The cleanliness could use some improvement. I noticed some dust on the curtains and stains on the sofa. the slippers provided weren't disposable, which I found a bit odd considering cleanliness is key. it was a decent stay, but improvements could really enhance the experience.

The location was a total win! Just a short stroll to Shin Urayasu station made hopping on trains super easy. The breakfast buffet was good, offering both Western and Japanese options-I loved starting my day with a variety of choices. Plus, having a Family Mart right across the street was super convenient for snacks and necessities.
The experience wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. The staff struggled with English, which made communication a bit frustrating at times. We also faced an odd situation with our room lock—came back to find it locked from the inside! They fixed it quickly, but it was kind of a scare on our Christmas trip. I had mixed feelings.

I had a great time staying at this hotel during Christmas! It's super close to Tokyo Disneyland with a convenient shuttle service, which made our visits a breeze. The spacious rooms were a real treat too, especially the cozy beds after long days at the parks. Plus, having a Family-Mart right inside the hotel was perfect for quick snacks and drinks.
On a downside, the staff's English wasn't very strong, which sometimes made communication tricky. I wish they offered free Wi-Fi in the rooms instead of just in the lobby. it was a nice stay, but those little things could definitely be improved!

amazing public bath, spacious family room, convenient shuttle service
The onsen charges an additional fee!!! Its closing time at 10:00 AM is far too early hoping to relax. The convenience store's limited hours are frustrating when staying late at Disney!!!

I loved the spacious Family Room. It had enough space for us to spread out, and the view was amazing. The shuttle service to Disneyland was super convenient. Having microwaves and ice machines on our floor was a nice touch. The indoor and outdoor onsens were relaxing after busy park days. The breakfast had a good mix of options, both international and Japanese. The staff were friendly and helpful, even if their English wasn't perfect. One downside was the wi-fi connectivity. It was a bit unstable at times. I also wish there were more frequent shuttle services, especially after park closing.
